MAST REFURBISHING PROGRAM (MRP)
Don't let a worn mast shut you down!! Are your electrode masts worn out or leaking? Have your masts lost rigidity? Send us your spares to have the wear pads replaced and re-machined. Make your masts like they were the day you bought them.
SHEAR/REEL REWORK PROGRA Color M (SRP)
Do your shears or reels need an overhaul? During your down days, send them to us for a complete overhaul.
ROLL REFURBISHING PROGRAM (RRP)
Our new 20Õ CNC horizontal lathe can machine you arbors and sleeves!! We will remove the worn sleeves and recondition the arbor. If you inventory your sleeves, send them to us so we can ÒsweatÓ them onto the newly refurbished arbor.
EMERGENCY REPAIR RESPONSE (ERR)
When equipment goes down you need it fixed ASAP. Sometimes the urgency if such that someone has to work on the job or do the repair as fast as possible without stopping. Our shop can work around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, until the part is built or repaired. We offer this response for any part we manufacture or repair.
